Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are one of the most popular and loves couples in the Hindi film industry.After dating for years, the couple tied the knot in 2018. A couple of weeks back there were rumours of the two going through a rough patch in their marriage and were considering getting separated. Soon the unverified reports went viral on social media. Now, Deepika Padukone has addressed the rumours, indirectly.
Padukone appeared on the latest episode of the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Marke's podcast. In the Archetypes podcast, Deepika shared that Ranveer has been away for a week due to work and that he will be so happy to see her. "My husband was at a music festival for a week and he's just come back. So, he's gonna be happy to see my face."

On the podcast, Deepika also spoke about the importance of mental health awareness. "It's [mental health] the same way we have physical ailments. Our mind is very much a part of our body. But somehow, when it comes to mental illness, we start treating our minds like outside of our bodies," she said.

She also said that her family has been a critical support system. "Today it's all about the little things, like hugging my sister or just late-night conversations with my husband - those are the moments that really fill me up today," she said.
On the work front, she will next be seen on the big screen in 'Pathaan' alongside Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham.
