Alia Bhatt's mother Soni Razdan always shares her thoughts with her followers through her social media. She now took to her Instagram story and shared a cryptic post about cancel culture and how it is rather idiotic. This comes a little after Alia spoke about her husband Ranbir Kapoor occasionally asking her to remove her lipstick as he likes the natural colour of her lips.
On August 26, Soni Razdan took to her social media and shared a note on cancel culture. She went on to write, "What's seeming increasingly idiotic: Cancel culture... People deciding for other people what is wrong with their lives. And then everyone jumping into some discussion or the other about things that actually have nothing to do with them. Funny times we live in."
This has now led to people talking about how this post relates to the recent flak that Ranbir and Alia received over the former's comment on her lipstick. Alia has revealed how RK often asks her to remove her lipstick as he likes the natural colour of her lips. This, obviously, led to netizens reacting to the same and Soni's post has got everyone thinking that she is referring to the incident.
On the work front, Ranbir is currently looking forward to the release of 'Animal', directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The movie also features Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Tripti Dimri. He also has Ayan Mukerji's 'Brahmastra' coming up, but there's no update on the same. Reports around Nitesh Tiwari's 'Ramayana' in the lineup.
