Alia Bhatt's Gully Boy look revealed

Yesterday, Alia Bhatt was spotted shooting for Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy at a Mumbai suburban slum pocket. Unlike most filmmakers, Akhtar is not being overzealous about protecting the actor's look. Shooting for the musical began over the weekend. The film is based on the life of Naezy aka Naved Shaikh, a gully rapper from Kurla.

Gully Boy stars Ranveer Singh playing the rapper. Farhan Akhtar is penning dialogues for sister Zoya's Gully Boy. This will be Ranveer's second film with Zoya after Dil Dhadkne Do.
