The actor recently shared a BTS video on social media featuring a few behind-the-scenes action sequences from the sets of Bellbottom. In the video, we get a glimpse of Akshay practising hard during takes as he tries to perfect each and every shot. The actor who is known for his fitness had to go the extra mile while training and shooting for his character in the film in the middle of the jungle. Akshay motivated the entire crew to participate and make the most of the training sessions.
In the video, Akshay mentions that his wife, Twinkle Khanna was present on the sets and he decided to impress her with his training even after 20 years of their marriage.

Known for doing his own stunts, Akshay even insisted on performing some high-octane action sequences, even though he was advised to use a body double.
This Akshay Kumar starrer slated for a big-screen release on August 19, is all set to entertain the audiences in a 2D and 3D format. While the news of the film's theatrical release has cheered the industry as well the audiences, the trailer has raised the excitement level of the fans many notches higher. The eagerly-awaited spy drama seems all set to revive the fortunes of the film industry and regalvanise big-screen magic.
Bellbottom, starring Akshay Kumar and Vaani Kapoor is among the first big productions to hit cinema halls as restrictions eased. Instead of taking the digital-first route, it marked the return of films in theatres, a move that was applauded by filmmakers and actors who've been encouraging cine-goers to return to cinema halls and watch movies.
