Anushka Ranjan who made her Bollywood debut with 'Wedding Pullav' in 2015, is one of the closest friends of our 'bride-to-be', Athiya Shetty. When asked Anushka how excited she is about Athiya and Rahul's wedding, without spilling much beans, Anushka said, "I don't know if it's happening. I have not been informed otherwise, so I feel like the media should just give them their space and even if they are planning to get married, then they should be allowed to announce on their own."
According to Anushka, marriage is a celebration of love between two individuals and every bride and groom-to-be must be given enough time and space to cherish the bubbling excitement of shaadi that grows within them, on the same note. "That one excitement about the wedding is a very big deal for all of us, it doesn't matter if you are a celebrity or not, but announcing the wedding to our family and friends, according to me, is a personal thing. A wedding is a life-changing event and I think every boy and girl should be given enough space and time so that they can come forward and break the news about their personal life the way they want to," added Anushka while emphasising the importance of privacy when it comes to celebrity weddings.
A fashionista and a talented actor who has starred in movies like, 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu', 'Gulabi Lens' and ALT Balaji's web series, 'Fittrat' took a walk down memory lane and recalled how she and 'Motichoor Chaknachoor' star, Athiya Shetty became one of the coolest besties in B-town.
"Athiya and I became friends through Twitter. We both got launched in the same year. Athiya had posted the trailer of my debut movie on her timeline and I found that very sweet. It was such a lovely gesture and I couldn't thank her enough," said Anushka while praising her bestie.
"We usually assume that people who get launched with you or belong to the same age group as you, will not be supportive enough and may emerge as one of your competitors in the industry, but with Athiya, this wasn't the case at all," said Anushka who shares a loving relationship with Athiya.

"Since the beginning, we have always shared a nice, happy, silly friendship where we talk a lot of nonsense and we just look good together," shares Anushka as she talks about her friendship with Athiya.
KL Rahul doesn't need any introduction. The star cricketer who storms on the ground by delivering stellar innings has been a heartthrob who rules many hearts off the ground. Ask Anushka whether she ever met the 'groom-to-be' and will the ace batter and will Rahul make a perfect husband, pat comes her reply, "Yes, I have met KL Rahul. We went on a trip together many years ago. I think he is one of the nicest, most humble and most down-to-earth guys that I have ever met. He has a very funny and dry sense of humour, which I think is hilarious. He is a lovely boy."
