As for Aamir Khan, he married Reena Dutta on April 18, 1986. They have two kids together, son Junaid and daughter, Ira. They parted ways in 2002. On December 28, 2005, the actor married Kiran Rao. On December 5, 2011, they announced the birth of their son, Azad Rao Khan via surrogacy. In July 2021, the couple announced their separation and said they would raise their son Azad as co-parents.
Aamir Khan's son Junaid also made a rare appearance as he attended the book launch event. The father-son duo posed for the paparazzi outside the store before heading in.
The group was there to attend the book launch of filmmaker Mansoor Khan. The book is titled 'One: The Story of the Ultimate Myth'. Published by Harper Collins, the book is categorised under 'Philosophy'. "Sonal, formerly a sociology professor and firebrand activist, is battling memory loss and acute depression. Abhay, a once-celebrated genetic engineer, is a paranoid fugitive hiding from an establishment whose scientific paradigm he once challenged. To the world they both are insane, but the truth is deeper. Abhay shares his most closely guarded thoughts with Sonal, in the form of a book. It is a radical, paradigm-shifting perspective, and the two misfits discover that they are kindred souls, forced to doubt their own sanity by a deluded culture. Together, they plan to take their revelation to the world before it's too late. But, as always, reality has other plan," reads the description of the book.
Aamir Khan and Mansoor Khan go way back. Apart from being paternal cousins, Mansoor also directed Aamir's debut film 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak' in 1988.
He followed this success four years later with 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander' (1992). Mansoor Khan's last two films, 'Akele Hum Akele Tum' (1995) and 'Josh' (2000) were moderately successful. In 2008, he made a comeback, albeit as a producer, and has co-produced the movie 'Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na' along with Aamir Khan, which marked the debut of his nephew Imran Khan.
