Back in 2011, when Luv Ranjan made 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama', little did the critics and the audiences know it would turn out to be a contagious and commercial success. Ranjan narrated the story of three friends, separated by their contrasting personalities and united by their take on love and ladies.
What stood out was Divyendu Sharma's acidic character, Liquid, and Kartik Aaryan's five-minute monologue that unleashed his fury on relationships, girlfriends, and even sex. A decade later, the monologue continues to live on and enjoy a legacy of its own. The hate for women continued in the sequel and Aaryan's clout only capitulated.
Today, he has a legitimate following on and off social media and is established as a bankable star. His slate of films shows a lot of promise and ripe. So this is what lies ahead for him and his fans:

This newsroom thriller is directed by Ram Madhavani, the man behind 'Neerja' and 'Aarya', arguably Sonam Kapoor and Sushmita Sen's best. Aaryan finds himself at the center of an attack. The whole city is burning and he has to report this traumatic news. He's said to have completed the shoot in a record time of 10 days. All eyes on how he branches out of his likable persona and essays anger and fury.
Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan continue to live in the memories of fans with the help of social media. In the sequel, Aaryan teams up with Anees Bazmee, Tabu and Kiara Advani. The only character that's said to have been retained is Rajpal Yadav, who returns as the eccentric and entertaining Chota Pandit. Horror-comedy is a genre that soon may exhaust itself, but 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' should not be similar to that exhaustion.
After 'Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior', the last blockbuster Bollywood produced, Om Raut casts Kartik Aaryan as his hero. This collaboration too is expected to be mounted on a magnanimous scale and will be made in 3D. Hope to see the actor's career get a new dimension with this project.
Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde were like a house on fire in this immensely entertaining comedy-cum-drama. The remake will be made by Rohit Dhawan with Aaryan in the lead. Personally, 'Desi Boyz' and 'Dishoom' were fun, so Dhawan should make an eminently watchable remake this time around too.
