Dipannita Sharma, the leggy model- actor believes that the idea of staying in shape is a great one if one develops a fun exercise regime. The lady who will be seen in a film opposite Ranveer Singh shares her fitness mantra with CS:
Variety is the spice of life
I don't have a fixed workout regime. I find working out in the gym extremely uninspiring. I rather indulge myself in other activities, like Tai Chi, dancing, yoga, etc. I think it's important to keep changing your fitness regime to keep yourself motivated in the long run. A monotonous routine is similar to drudgery. I like swimming as a sport, which I have been practising since childhood. It's something that I really enjoy, so it's not something that I need to force myself to do. Therefore whenever I can I go for a swim
Diet dose
I believe in eating everything in moderation, so no strict diets for me. I do avoid oily, spicy food as often as I can. I enjoy mostly home cooked food as its healthier.u00a0 I like eating desserts and I indulge myself in moderation, often. I am a complete foodie and love experimenting with different cuisines. The trick is to eat small meals rather than binge.
Happiness quotient
I am happiest when I am spending time with my family and close friends. My idea of relaxation would be listening to music, reading an interesting book or just watching a fun movie. Comic books like TinTin and Tinkle are also complete stress busters. Sometimes I just need to close my eyes and take a quick nap to relax.
