Urvashi Rautela, who is currently holidaying in the US, underwent a session of cupping - an ancient form of alternative medicine. Hollywood stars like Jennifer Aniston and Gwyneth Paltrow, and Olympic champions, have been advocating the method for a while.

Though a tad painful initially, the Sanam Re (2016) actress says she felt 'amazing' later. The procedure has the therapist place cups on the back to create suction. It is done to alleviate pain and increase blood flow. Cupping is also used as a form of relaxation. There's pain, but there is also gain, says Urvashi.
