Aftab Shivdasani asks his close buddy, cricketer Yuvraj Singh, for a bat to use during club matches
Before Yuvraj Singh left for the Indian Premiere League matches in South Africa, he met his buddy Aftab Shivdasani and gifted him a cricket bat from his collection.

Aftab and the cricketer have known each other since before Yuvi became a household name. The actor confirms, "Yuvi is a very dear and close friend of mine.
This summer, I wanted to play some club matches and so I told him that I wanted a bat he has played with.
On the way to the airport before leaving for SA, he met me in Juhu and gave it to me. I told him to write a note on the bat and he obliged."
The actor further adds, "I have always been a cricket enthusiast. I have played for my school, my college and even for some clubs.
Now I don't get that much time because of movies but when I do, I play with my friends from college.
The last time I played with Yuvi was a couple of years back where Aamir Khan's team was playing against Kapil Dev's team for the tsunami charity.

I had hit him for a crazy six and then I remember hitting Aamir too for one. It was fun!"
