'Jagga Jasoos' crew will apparently head to Morocco to re-shoot some portions of the film as the director Anurag Basu and Ranbir Kapoor think they can be better shot in the North African country
A lot depends for Ranbir Kapoor and Anurag Basu on their pet project, 'Jagga Jasoos', and they are making sure that no stone is left unturned to make it a good product. The latest we hear is that Ranbir Kapoor and Anurag Basu are not too happy with the few portions they shot in the city and will now head to Morocco to re shoot the same.

According to a source, "Earlier it was decided that the Moroccan schedule will be cancelled to cut costs and they had built a set in the city to make it look like the country. But when the final results were seen, Basu and Kapoor were of the opinion that it doesn't really look like the real thing, and they need to actually shoot in Morocco for the right effect."
However, it is learnt that the co-producers of the film, UTV Disney are not really gung-ho about this decision as they are worried about the budget of the film going out of hand.
Anurag Basu
We hear, the production team has apparently agreed as the decision taken by Basu and Kapoor will only help the film. This is said to be the reason why Katrina Kaif, who plays an important role in the film had to ditch her ideas to walk the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival, because she has given fresh dates to the 'Jagga Jasoos' team for the Moroccan schedule (Read the full story).
"Its true that we will be going to Morocco for the shoot, but there are no creative differences between anyone. We all are on the same page and trying to come out with something interesting and good, but it seems that people are just trying to spread negative things about the project which is sad," adds a source working on the project. Ranbir Kapoor only said that the entire team is really working hard to make a good, engaging film.
UTV Disney remained unavailable for comment.
