"'Paani' is my next film. It is so hugely complex and important that I don't have energy for anything else, no matter what the media speculates," Kapur tweeted.
Reports indicated that after "Mr. India", Kapur was teaming up with Anil Kapoor. However, Kapur's reactions to the same prove otherwise.
In the meantime, speculations are also rife about the actors he is going to cast in "Paani", which is being produced by Yash Raj Films. The movie requires a strong Indian and western star cast, headed by a young leading actor from India and a young leading actress from the west.
"Never made a film where media is so obsessed with its cast. Even Heath Ledger ('The Four Feathers') and Cate Blanchett ('Elizabeth') were (fairly) newcomers when I cast them," he added.
