Multi-genre festival in December likely to include acts by sensations
Arijit Singh
As western music continues to mesmerise Indian masses, festival organisers in the country are going to great lengths to bring international artistes on Indian shores. After having roped in the likes of American artistes Flo Rida and Alan Walker to perform alongside Indian musicians, including Arijit Singh, Farhan Akhtar, Badshah and Papon, at last year's edition, Enchanted Valley Carnival, a multi-genre music festival, is set to spread its wings wider this year.
Shawn Mendes
While an official announcement on the line-up for the December gig is yet to be made, mid-day has learnt that the organisers are in talks with Canadian teenage sensation Shawn Mendes, known for hits like Stitches and Treat You Better, to perform in the country.

Devraj Sanyal, MD and CEO of Universal Music Group India and South Asia, says, "This event will be better. We promise to have big artistes on board."
