Bollywood is one fraternity, where everything is above religion, and every festival is celebrated with great grandeur. On the occasion of Ganesh festival, many B'town celebrities, who are devotees to the elephant God, warmly welcome Ganpati at their homes.
One such celebrity, who is a regular at inviting Lord Ganesha at his place, is Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The festival is celebrated with the same amount of splendour as Eid.
Thursday marked the seventh day of the eleven-day festival, and the Khan family bid adieu to Lord Ganesha on the seventh day.
While Salman Khan's Ganesh celebration is a magnificent affair, Shah Rukh keeps it quiet and simple.
However, despite the secrecy, a herd of fans went berserk post watching Shah Rukh Khan with the little charmer AbRam, beautiful Suhana and wife Gauri Khan leading the 'visarjan' procession outside their residence, Mannat.
As we all know that Shah Rukh is a doting daddy, and in a video posted by his fan clubs, he was seen guiding AbRam to join hands and seek blessings before immersing the idol as the ritual demands. AbRam obediently followed daddy dearest.
Isn't it cute?
While the entire family was present at the occasion, Shah Rukh's eldest son Aryan Khan was seen missing from the celebration.
Here are few of the pictures and video from the occasion:
On the professional front, the highest paid Bollywood actor, SRK is currently shooting for Aanand L Rai's film where he plays a dwarf. He will be seen with Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in the movie.
Reportedly, the actor is also in talks with filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali for two films, one of which might star Kangana Ranaut alongside.
