Joining the likes of her contemporaries including Alia Bhatt, Parineeti Chopra, Shraddha Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha will apparently croon a song in her upcoming film. The actress, who is also a trained singer was apparently looking forward to the oppurtunity of making her singing debut and jumped at the chance.
Richa will next be seen in Fukrey 2, a sequel to the 2013 comedy, and will reprise the role of a local gangster, Bholi Punjaban.
Talking about her film, the actress had earlier said, "My character has not been changed, but the story and the creativity are completely different from the first one. Fukrey was a surprise for the audience as we all were newcomers that time. Nobody expected that the film would do such good business... Fukrey 2 is a very good film and my instinct says it will be better than the first instalment."
