Ranveer, Deepika's New Year lunch date

While Katrina Kaif is apparently busy romancing Ranbir Kapoor in the cold climes of New York, RK's ex too seems to be enjoying her single status to the hilt. Buzz is that Dippy was spotted with Ranveer Singh having New Year's special lunch at a SoBo eatery.

Both Dippy and Ranveer apparently seem to be getting along like a house on fire on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's next. And off sets too, their ‘close friendship' has been creating headlines.

An industry source says, "The location was chosen keeping in mind that Dippy's pad is in central Mumbai. Ranveer is a suburb guy but he doesn't mind travelling across the city. They are good friends." The two actors apparently even went for desserts post their secret lunch. u00a0
