Ranbir Kapoor's pictures from the sets of Shamshera leaked!

Ranbir Kapoor trained extremely hard to gain a muscular look for his upcoming film, Shamshera. Pictures from the sets have leaked now. Previously, stills from Salman Khan's Dabangg 3 sets also did the rounds on social media.

Well, coming back to Shamshera, Ranbir Kapoor looks completely unrecognisable in these pictures. From the setup of a village, the chocolate boy is dressed in a khadi vest and a muffler tied to his forehead. He is standing with a group of villagers, who have also donned similar outfits.

Earlier, Shamshera's producer, Yash Raj Films', had released a film-announcement teaser. The 45-second video shows Ranbir as a dacoit. The film's tagline says, "Karam Se Dakait... Dharam Se Azaad".

Talking about Shamshera, Ranbir Kapoor had earlier told mid-day, "Shamshera is exactly the film I was looking for. While growing up watching Hindi commercial cinema, I had an image of what a film hero should be doing. Shamshera allows me to do everything that I had imagined and it's a very exciting project for me."

The project marks Ranbir's return to YRF after a gap of nine years. His last project with the banner was Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year. This will be Vaani's third film with the production house, after her debut Shuddh Desi Romance (2013) and Befikre (2016).

Shamshera also features Sanjay Dutt along with Ranbir Kapoor and Vaani Kapoor.
