Promo for Sujoy's Aladin was out on YouTube... briefly

The first promos of Eros International and director Sujoy Ghosh's Aladin haven't been finalised. But an unfinished and unedited two- minute theatrical promo of the film has found it's way on YouTube. It's already an insider job, but no one knows who the culprit is.

The promo is interesting but is incomplete. The special effects are not complete and the 3-D base models can be seen in patches throughout the two-minute promo.

Guarded footage

The film has been in the making for a year and given the extensive work of special effects, it has been a closely guarded one. The theatrical trailer of the movie is supposed to release along with Eros's new film Love Aaj Kal which releases worldwide on 31 July.

Director Sujoy Ghosh says, "I don't know who has leaked the promo but I am fuming for obvious reasons. The promo on YouTube is the one I'd cut eight months back."u00a0 Last we checked, the YouTube video was removed.
