However, if the latest is to be believed, the indefatigable actress is apparently trying to come down for another day prior to the film's release.

Buzz is that the actress is hoping to fly down around December 8-9 again from Montreal, where she is currently shooting for TV series, 'Quantico', for a short while. As the publicity blitzkrieg of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film gathers steam, PeeCee will be missing from the promotions scene. Hence, she is trying to juggle her tight schedule to be in Mumbai for another event of the film.

Says a source, "Her co-stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will be promoting the film alone. Priyanka's contract with the 'Quantico' makers has some strict paperwork, so it is difficult for her to take leave. However, she is working on getting a day or two off."

Adds the source, "The 'Quantico' folk are aware that her film is lined up for release, so they might just allow her a short break."

During the film's event in Mumbai on Saturday night at a suburban multiplex, PeeCee maintained that the film has shaped up so well that it will speak for itself and needs no in-your-face promotions.
