The actress tweeted a snap of her mom posing with a cake, captioning it: "Birthday night in London Town. Love u".
PC has also been telling her fans how she is enjoying being in London and loving the rain as well as the press there. From there, she will head to Paris and then New York to promote the TV show which is being readied for a second season.
