Family comes first for the Bachchans. Case in point: Jaya Bachchan cancelled the shoot of Revathy's film Aap Ke Liye Hum to be by Amar Singh's side who's about to have a kidney replacement surgery in Singapore.
Jaya left for the City of Lions a few days back after requesting Revathy to give her time off.
A source reveals that Jaya had allocated dates from June 29 to July 19 for the film's second schedule.
However, due to Amar Singh's kidney transplant on July 14, Mrs B asked that the schedule be postponed, and has rushed to Singapore."
The film tentatively titled Aap Ke Liye Hum, starring Ayesha Takia, Raveena Tandon, Madhavan and Jaya, recently wrapped its first schedule.
Director Revathy admitted their schedule had been postponed but blamed the rains, "We have lot of outdoor sequences and because of the monsoons, have postponed our entire schedule to September."
