By a stretch
I have always been an athletic person. I run, swim four to five times a week and also play tennis and basketball. These activities have boosted my stamina, which has helped me a lot in carrying out the stunts in the reality show I'd participated in. I got to learn one important fitness tip from Akshay Kumaru00a0-- warm up and stretch before any sort of physical activity to limit the possibilities of injuries during stunts or workout.
Healthy bites
I stay away from fried and oily food. Most of the times I substitute oats for rice and roti and have dal and subzi along with it.
Musical magic
Music is my soul. The only thing that can calm me down and bring a smile on my face is music. I am grateful to God for giving me this special connect with music.
