"This is a great campaign by PETA. Fashion for freedom and freedom for fashion mean the same. I am a mother and even my child also feels un comfortable to see animals in cages in zoos.

All of us should feel thesame way. I salute Peta for making such an effort to shut down zoos," Mahima said. Gulshan Grover, who wore a black and white animal print jacket was dressed for the occasion.
"The FDCI is a wonderful platform to promote and bring to notice a crucial cause as this. God has created all wonderful creatures and we humans who claim to be more intelligent than all, should not think they have the right to destroy them," Grover said.

Sunil Sethi, President of FDCI also chipped in saying, "Fashion means both beauty and freedom. When animals are caged, it is not beautiful at all. We want freedom for them," Sethi said. The campaign will also extend to FDCI's next fashion week in September.
