Kangana Ranaut's Manali bungalow
Kangana Ranaut's Manali mountain abode costs Rs 30 crore.
Kangana Ranaut's newly constructed bungalow in hometown Manali has become the talk of the town. The beautiful palatial abode is an eight-bedroom house. The bungalow nestled amidst the nature of Manali is soothing to one's eyes. Giving some more insights about the vintage-feel bungalow, a DNA report says that it took nearly four years for the National-award winning actress to build her sweet home. She apparently purchased the property for Rs 10 crore immediately after her film 'Queen', for which she was bestowed with the prestigious award. And ever since, she was in talks with various architects to design her house.
A source told the daily, "It's an eight-bedroom house with all the windows opening to a view of the mountains. Each room has a step-out balcony. There is a rooftop glass conservatory so that there is ample sunlight during the winters. Kangana has been making regular visits to her hometown to check on the progress of the place. She just got back from Manali two days ago in time for the shoot of a reality show."
The publication further wrote that the other amenities of the place allegedly cost Kangana Rs 20 crore to construct the bungalow, including a dining room with a stunning view of the mountains. Kangana who is known to be a fitness freak, has ensured that the house is equipped with a gymnasium and a yoga room. The living room has a fireplace since Manali is a hilly region and the temperatures are always low. The creator behind this creation is Shabnam Gupta, who has given her magical touch to the bungalow. She has also done the homes of many socialites and famous celebrities in Mumbai.

The daily further suggests that the actress, who worked in tandem with Shabnam, has ensured that old handloom products have been used. Kangana's abode also features a collection of local handicrafts, to give it a feel of Manali.
Mid-day had earlier reported that the locals have already started taking selfies outside it, even though the actor is still putting the final touches. Neighbours have been extending a helping hand, by sending milk, vegetables, and foodstuff to make her stay comfortable in the new place. Referred to as 'Himachal ki beti', Kangana is touched by the love she has been receiving from people. She is slated to resume shooting for 'Manikarnika - The Queen Of Jhansi' in Rajasthan later this month.
