She might have a figure to die for, but surprisingly, she isn't one to kill herself over losing weight. Jesse Randhawa, model and runner-up of Khatron ke Khiladi, tells CS her secret to staying and looking fit:
Kick ass
I don't believe in gyming. To stay fit, I dance, do a bit of martial arts and pranayam. I also take to adventure sports sometimes. I am very passionate about martial arts. I've learnt Taekwondo and am currently into kickboxing.
Dancing queen
I have fallen in love with dancing. I always had a sense of rhythm in me as I walk the ramps but I never realised my ability for dancing. Now that I've discovered this new-found talent, I'm thouroughly enjoying it. I love doing the Rumba and Waltz. These days I'm trying to master the art of jiving.

Outdoor baby
I love swimming but I am essentially lazy so don't swim enough. I am also into a lot of adventure sports like trekking. I thoroughly enjoyed my recent trekking trail to Rishikesh and Simla.
Eating right
Diet is very important to staying fit. Though I don't endorse dieting, I am careful about what I eat. I stay light years away from junk food like pizzas and burgers. Unfortunately, my biggest weakness is sweets. Too bad that I can't eat sweets without feeling guilty.
