Jackie Chan to pair up with Sonu Sood again

After Xuan Zang and Kung Fu Yoga, Bollywood actor Sonu Sood is set for his third Chinese outing. Sonu is arguably one of the most well-known Indian actors in China, thanks to the success of Xuan Zang in which he essayed the role of Indian ruler, King Harshvardhan. The film released earlier this year and his face value was the reason his Kung Fu Yoga co-star Jackie Chan roped him in for his untitled next.

A source said, "Though the actor hasn't signed on the dotted line yet, he has heard out the script. It is an action adventure film in which he will play a positive role. Since most Chinese productions are done under the aegis of China Film Group Corporation, they are yet to give the final word on the script. Sonu's team is in talks with them. Before the release of Kung Fu Yoga (next month), he will officially be on board with this film. He is excited to share screen space with Jackie for the second time."

Earlier this week, Jackie's team was in Mumbai, scouting for an Indian actress for the sequel of his latest Hollywood film, Skiptrace (as reported, ‘Jackie looking for desi girl' on May 29).
