Ishaan Khattar and Malavika Mohanan want their mommies on big day

Today is a big day for Ishaan Khattar and Malavika Mohanan and they want their mommies, Neelima Azeem and Beena Mohanan respectively, by their side. They will accompany the youngsters to the screening of their film, Beyond The Clouds, at IFFI Goa. Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi's film is the opening attraction at the fest. Azeem has watched the film at the BFI London Film Festival in October.

"Despite being a foreign filmmaker, he has captured the ethos and spirit of India realistically and beautifully. Watching Ishaan in such a special film is absolute joy for me," she says. Malavika, who is cinematographer K U Mohanan's daughter, says, "Dad has seen the film in London. I am keen to know what mum thinks of it - her words mean a lot to me."
