Actress-singer Priyanka Chopra was not the only Indian who made her presence felt at the Golden Globes this year. Fashion designer Gaurav Gupta created a worldwide ripple as English aristocrat and socialite Lady Victoria Hervey donned his see-through gown, at the after-party.

Gupta informs us, "The gown belongs to my Lightfall Couture 2013 collection and essentially uses Japanese bugle beads for the pattern. It has received mixed reactions with some calling it pathbreaking while others called it too revealing." Putting the controversy aside, he comments, "But that is what fashion is about, moving forward and taking chances.

I think she has the body to pull off the outfit, which she does in style. Think of Lady Gaga, she takes risks and is a fashion icon. Women in India have bought this dress too, though with some alterations."
