Hrithik Roshan joins hands with Asif Bhamla to spread green message

Hrithik Roshan has joined hands with Asif Bhamla of the Bhamla Foundation, and MCGM, to spread a green message on World Environment Day (June 5). In the run-up to the D-day, a plantation drive kick-started on May 23 with 500 saplings being planted every day across the city.

The green campaign aims at raising awareness on waste management, conservation of trees and increasing plantation, thereby helping make Mumbai greener. On June 5, participants and viewers can expect a power packed show with top names from politics, Bollywood, sports, business and social fields will make Mumbaikars conscious about their responsibilities towards the environment. mid-day is the print partner for the event.
