Hrithik Roshan and Sussane Khan's lawyers rubbish reports about the latter demanding Rs 400 crore as part of her divorce settlement

Hrithik Roshan and Sussane Khan's lawyers have denied recent news reports saying that the latter has demanded a whopping Rs 400 crore as alimony. Advocate Dipesh Mehta, who filed the divorce petition for the couple, says, "It is unfortunate that false and baseless reports are being circulated in the media.

It may be pointed out that Hrithik and Sussanne have cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their split. Sussane has been living separately since January last year. In April this year, the two decided to dissolve their marriage by mutual consent.
It is being said that the two have agreed on an out of court settlement. While the primary custody of the children will remain with Sussane, the consent terms in the divorce petition apparently say the couple shall not have any right whatsoever on each other's properties and assets.
