Fitness regime

I plan my own workouts as I've been working out for a few years and know what works best for my body. I do consult my trainers now and then.

I usually workout five days a week, three days I do weight training and two days cardio. My workout changes every 3 weeks or so as it is important to shock the muscles for them to respond effectively.

Happy hours

Spending time with friends and family makes me happy. I'm happiest on days when I work, get to spend time with friends, workout and eat good healthy food. Having a full body massage, sitting in the steam room and a good swim is my idea of complete relaxation. I also like sitting at the window sipping tea when it's pouring.

Sporting outdoors
I don't get the time for it but I have always been an outdoor person. There is nothing that comes remotely close to outdoor games. The adrenaline rush, the fun of playing with friends is something I look forward to.

Diet mania
Breakfast: 4 scrambled eggs (white), two slices of multi grain bread or muselli, juice or tea
3 hours later: fruits and protein shake
Lunch: Chicken, roti, dal, curd and green vegetables
3-4 hours later: boiled eggs, cream crackers and tea
Dinner: Soup, salad with a slice or two of garlic bread
