Ajay to hit the saddle soon in his desire to own steeds, is in talks to pick up two horses Richard Gere
While the rest of B-Town is busy buying cars, that's so passe for Ajay Devgn, who's shopping for two horses.
The actor has realised that he needs to buy his own steeds. He has a farmhouse in Karjat and plans to maintain a stable there.
No more delays
This New Year's, he gifted daughter Nysa a pony from a horse breeder in Pune, who was so impressed that an actor was buying from him, he refused to accept any money from Ajay. After seeing Nysa playing with her pony at his farmhouse, AJ decided not to delay his desire to own a horse. He has been riding horses since childhood and is comfortable around them. Currently he is in talks with variousu00a0 breeders and will soon close the deal on a retired mare."
Says Devgn, "I love horses. I always wanted to get a pony for Nysa and a horse for myself. I have given her a pony and now I guess this is the right time to get myself a horse. I have people at my Karjat farmhouse to take care of our horses and will personally come down every weekend to take care of my horse's grooming."

Salman ke ghode |
Salman Khan has discovered a new found love for horses after working with them closely in his period film Veer. He too is planning to buy a couple of horses for his farmhouse in Panvel. While shooting for Veer, Salman started taking care of the horses he was working with, as part of the bonding process. He also made special arrangements for their stay and food and made sure that none of the animals were hurt during filming. A horse called Laxmi became his favourite while shooting for Veer. |
