I work-out six days a week -- three days weights and crossFit everyday. CrossFit is a freehand outdoor exercise regime where I get to do everything that I enjoy. My work-outs change on a daily basis. Since Sunday is my off day, even from exercise, I fit in a walk. I have realised that our body is like a machine that has to be taken care of to prevent it from rusting. Having said that, you can't even wear it out by over-using or exploiting it.
Diet diaries
I believe in eating six meals a day. My diet is very simple and I eat every two hours. I don't compromise on carbs, proteins and fat, but I don't gorge on anything. I have conditioned myself to resist chocolate, pizzas and all. But even I cheat on Sundays, so you might sometimes see me eat things that I shouldn't (laughs).
