Farhan Akhtar is content that he is able to contribute to the betterment of society with his social campaign, Men Against Rape and Discrimination (MARD). "It helps me feel my responsibility as a citizen to try and stand shoulder to shoulder with people who are survivors of crime and to emphasise on equality. We encourage men to understand their social responsibility towards the LGBT community and to be sensitive towards them," says the actor-filmmaker.
