When mid-day exclusively spoke to Ekta Kapoor about the comparisons and how are they going to position Sara Ali Khan, she said, "We are just adding pressure to their lives. Let's leave those poor kids alone. They'll go mad. They have come here to become actors. Sara is anyway very stressed and she was so tense that I had taken her to the temple. She is a very hard-working actress and such a sweet kid. They'll (Sara and Jhanvi) both come and take their destinies forward."

Earlier, when Jhanvi's mother and actress Sridevi was asked about the comparisons being made, she said, "Competition can never be eliminated from this industry. There is nothing wrong with it. It keeps you on your toes, making you work harder. But, the biggest challenge lay in bettering your craft, and faring better than you did the last time."

Talking about 'Kedarnath', although Ekta prefers keeping a distance from her film set in order to give her director the required freedom, she anyway, gave a surprise to the 'Kedarnath' crew, by landing on sets in Uttarakhand. Giving some insights about her experience in the freezing cold location and her crew's passion towards work, she told, "Apart from three to four shops you won't find anything there in the vicinity. There's just one saint, who lives there in this freezing cold in his den. Director Abhishek Kapoor and four to five people from his crew were staying in one cottage and luckily I had to only share the room with one member. We had only one heater in each room, which would go off for ten minutes after five minutes of working. And we would literally take turns to feel that five minutes heat and then again freeze for ten minutes."

"It's so cold there and after 8 pm you can't hear or see anyone outside. It's only the 7 pm aarti that's audible. It's only those four cottages, out of which one is the police headquarters, which is seen. How that unit stayed there, how they shot… damn scary! She also mentioned that the roads are very slippery and Gattu (Abhishek Kapoor) was standing on the edge. We would have lost our director, it was that bad and I was on the other side. He still held on to me and we went on the other side to the temple," revealed the Tv czarina and film producer Ekta Kapoor.

'Kedarnath' is slated to release on December 21, 2018
