Zameer Khan, Sooraj Pancholi's lawyer, told reporters, "We are completely supporting the police for the investigation since day one. We are completely supporting them and we have submitted Sooraj's laptop, phone and iPad to police."

"He will be in custody till June 13. So far, chargesheet has not been filed," he said, soon after Sooraj was presented before a magistrate.
Sooraj, son of actor couple Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, was arrested Monday after being booked under penal provisions for allegedly abetting Jiah's suicide.
The arrest came barely two days after Jiah Khan's family handed over a note penned by her to police. The note was recovered by the actress's kin three days after her suicide June 3.
