Chetan Anand's '60s classic Haqeeqat starring Dharmendra and Priya Rajvansh will be re-released (in colour, this time) by the filmmaker's son Ketan. The Indo- Australian collaboration has also been re-edited from three hours to two hours, 15 minutes and is slated for a mid-2011 release.
Says Dharmendra, "We spent almost seven months in Ladakh shooting in freezing temperatures without proper food but as the script and theme was so inspiring, we didn't even feel it." The actor has the honour of essaying the most authentic military-related performance in the movie.
