Arjun Kapoor instead of Varun Dhawan for Arjun Reddy remake?

Ever since the Hindi remake of last year's Telugu blockbuster, Arjun Reddy, was announced, there has been a lot of buzz about who will reprise the titular role. The latest on the front is that Arjun Kapoor, and not Varun Dhawan as widely speculated, has been finalised.

An announcement is expected soon. The makers were initially keen on Ranveer Singh, but as he is already part of another South remake (Rohit Shetty's Simmba), the actor did not want to take on another one.
