Director Neeraj Pandey says his long-in-the-planning film Crack starring Akshay Kumar will roll in 2018. He says, We are still working on the script.

Director Neeraj Pandey says his long-in-the-planning film Crack starring Akshay Kumar will roll in 2018. He says, "We are still working on the script."
The filmmaker is currently wrapping up the Manoj Bajpayee-Sidharth Malhotra-starrer Aiyaary. "So, technically it will not be possible for me to jump onto another film."
In November 2016, Kumar had announced on Twitter about teaming up with Pandey for Crack, which was slated to release on Independence Day this year. But the film got delayed and rumours of it being shelved did the rounds.
"Sometimes the schedule does not work out or sometimes there is another reason for the film to not go on floors," says Pandey.
