Ajay Devgn and Kajol's soured relationship with Karan Johar has not got anything to do with the box office clash of their films, 'Shivaay' and 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' respectively.

There is more to it. We dug deep to get to the real reason and here's what we found. To rewind, about one and a half years ago, Karan allegedly made some remarks about Kajol behind her back at a party. As soon as it reached Ajay's ears, he called up KJo and gave him an earful.
