Bollywood's chocolate boy Aditya Roy Kapoor says that he's wasted half his life playing and watching cricket. A big sports lover, Aditya talks to CS about how big a role it plays in his life:
My foot!
Sports is a huge part of my life. I don't know what I'd have done without it. I've played football at the district level for school as well as for college. I wanted to become a big footballer. In fact, I'm a die-hard Barcelona supporter. I think it's the best team in the world. In my college days, my group of friends and I would rush to a ground in Bandra at 6:30-7 am to play. We'd often pool in money to buy the football, etc. My current favourites are Lionel Messi, Zinedine Zidane and Ronaldinho.

But let me tell you, I'm a huge cricket fan as well. There was a time when I wanted to become a fast bowler. I was lucky enough to watch the World Cup finals at Wankhede this year. And when Sachin Tendulkar was taking a round of the ground after the win, it was something else altogether. Besides Sachin, I really admire Dhoni. He's the best captain that we've had till date. He's so cool and calm; he has an unbelievable personality. And yes, I'm a huge Allan Donald fan. A few years back, my room had his posters all around it. And like almost every other college going guy, I too was one of the victims of the snooker and pool rage.
