Will star in friend Goldie Behl's directorial venture before Anurag Basu's film

Goldie Behl has finalised Abhishek for his third directorial venture. Goldie had recently announced a film starring Abhishek Bachchan to be directed by Anurag Basu to be produced under Goldie's banner Rose Movies. But with Anurag busy with the pre-production of his Ranbir Kapoor starrer and its script not being ready yet, Goldie has decided to go ahead with his other project u2013 his own directorial venture starring Abhishek Bachchan.

There was a gap of seven years between Goldie's Bas Itna Sa Khwab Hai and Drona and he doesn't want to wait that long before making his next film. While the rest of the cast is yet to be finalised, Abhishek will definitely be starring in it.

Meanwhile, Goldie wants to continue his father Ramesh Behl's traditon and give outside directors like Anurag the chance to work for the banner.
