Abhay sings along

There aren't too many things that Abhay Deol fears, but singing is certainly one of them. The actor who has sung a couple of lines for Senorita, a track in his upcoming film, tells CS that he was never too keen to do playback, till Shankar (Mahadevan) convinced him otherwise.

He says, "I guess I can carry a tune and manage the high and the low notes, but I don't know much about singing. And I was never too kicked about the idea.

But Shankar convinced me saying that we could always tweak my singing to make it sound good, using technology. When professional singers can do that, why can't I? And I'm satisfied with the result." Well Abhay, there's an alternative career!
