Andaz Apna Apna that had Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor in the lead roles, completed 25 years on Tuesday, November 4. The film, which has become a classic cult, is considered one of the biggest comedy films of Indian cinema.
On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, one of the members of the cast, Raveena Tandon, revealed that lead actors, Aamir Khan and Salman Khan, were not in talking terms to each other. In fact, she even mentioned that that was the case with her and Karisma Kapoor too.
Speaking to Hindustan Times, Raveena said, "It was fun as while we were shooting, none of us were speaking to each other. Sabke jhagade chal rahe the. Aamir and Salman weren-t talking to each other, Karisma and I weren-t talking and neither were Salman and Rajji. I don-t know how that film got made. But, it shows we are damn good actors laughs. The boys tried to bring Karisma and me together. In fact, in the climax, there-s a scene where Karishma and I are tied to a pillar. Rajji said, -We won-t untie you, unless you talk to one another-. It was all so funny. I remember, while shooting scenes, we would all genuinely laugh a lot as the dialogues were so hilarious. Hamne maze bhi kiye aur jhagde bhi kiye."
The 90-s actress also revealed that she hasn-t watch Andaz Apna Apna yet. "People are shocked when I tell them that I haven-t seen the entire film yet. I have seen bits and pieces over the years, including my scenes that I dubbed for."

The comedy, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, starred Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Raveena Tandon, Karisma Kapoor, Shakti Kapoor and Paresh Rawal in lead roles. The film flopped at the box office, but over the years, managed to gain universal critical acclaim. Since the past few years, the rumour mills have been abuzz with the sequel to this film. However, the remake has been on the back burner.
