The 6th Jagran Film Festival will present 10 films inspired by William Shakespeare's plays apart from a seminar on the relevance of his works today

Apart from this, a seminar titled 'Shakespeare Today' will be held on October 1 at 11am in which theatre and film professionals will discuss the relevance of the Bard's works in today's era. The participants include actor-filmmaker Rajat Kapoor, Malayalam filmmaker Jayaraaj and theatre personality Gitanjali Kulkarni while Atul Tiwari will be the moderator.

To mark the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, JFF has invited actors and directors to share their views and approaches to the portrayal of Mahatma Gandhi on stage and screen on October 2. The programme is titled 'The Return Of The Mahatma'.
