Main Apni Favourite Hoon became the dialogue that resonated with every girl. Thanks to Jab We Met, the Indian film fraternity got two of its most iconic characters- Geet and Aditya who were played by Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shahid Kapoor. The Imtiaz Ali directorial revolved around a free-spirited girl named Geet who belongs to Punjab. She met businessman Aditya, who is the exact opposite of her. Their first encounter was on a train to Punjab. Owing to unforeseen circumstances, Geet and Aditya ended up being together throughout their journey and eventually fell in love.

From the time Geet and Aditya venture out on Ratlam Ki Galliyan to check-in at Hotel Decent where Geet advised Aditya to burn the photo of his ex-girlfriend and flush it off, the entire segment was sweet, funny and therapeutic in a different way.

Open fields can be the best place to have a good conversation with a beloved person. The scene from Jab We Met where Geet and Aditya were having a heart-to-heart chat with each other in the field was a completely different and soothing experience.
Aditya's change of heart for his mother
In the beginning of Jab We Met, Aditya shared a troubled relationship with his mother who moved on in her life with a different person. After meeting Geet and spending time with her, Aditya's sentiments for his mother changed completely and he accepted her wholeheartedly. Aditya understood her perspective and welcomed her back into the company.
When Aditya learnt that Geet and Anshuman weren't together
Pawan Malhotra played his role to perfection as always and nailed the scene where he questioned Aditya about Geet's whereabouts. That's when he learnt she wasn't with Anshuman and he took the responsibility of finding her.

After erasing her association and emotions for Anshuman completely, Geet found solace in Aditya who stood by her through thick and thin. She hugged him and that communicated her sentiments and the proximity they shared after clearing obstacles. There was chemistry, intensity and romance packed in that one scene.
