Siddharth Anand and Hrithik Roshan
Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff-starrer 'War' completed four years on Monday, October 2. The film marked director Siddharth Anand's second collaboration with Hrithik Roshan. Prior to that, the duo that joined hands for 'Bang Bang' that also starred Katrina Kaif. The film also completed 9 years on Monday.
Considering that it was the anniversary of two of their blockbuster films, Hrithik Roshan took to Instagram to mark a decade of his creative collaboration with Anand. Sharing a picture with Anand where they are seen flashing five fingers at the camera which adds up to 10, Hrithik wrote, "Here's to 10 years of our creative collaborations yaara! Today marks 9 years since âBang Bang' released, 4 since âWar' released and our âFighter' is on the horizon. Started off shooting with a bang on the rooftops of Shimla, and now we're set to soar the blue skies. May we always fight on, side by side to bring our visions to life!"

For the film 'War', Hrithik Roshan underwent extensive physical transformation which took a toll on his mental health. Talking about prepping for 'War', he had earlier shared, "I feel as light and as fast as our last transformation. I thought I was dying when I was doing War. I wasn't prepared for the film and I was up against a really big challenge. I was trying to achieve perfection for which I wasn't ready. After the film, I went into adrenaline fatigue. For 3-4 months, I couldn't train and wasn't feeling good. I was almost on the verge of depression. I was completely lost and that's when I knew I needed to make a change in my life."
Meanwhile, Hrithik will be reprising his role of Kabir for the sequel of 'War'. The film will be directed by Ayan Mukerji of 'Brahmastra' and 'Yeh Jawan Hai Deewani' fame. The film sees Jr NTR opposite Hrithik as the antagonist. Reportedly, Kiara Advani has been roped in as the female lead.
Apart from 'War 2', Hrithik Roshan will also be seen in the film 'Fighter' directed by Siddharth Anand. It is the first film of an aerial action franchise that also stars Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor. The film will see the protagonists play fighter pilots. The film will be released in theatres in January next year around the Republic Day weekend.
