Inside look of Antilla

Named after the mythical island of Atlantis and located on Altamount Road in South Mumbai, Antilia is considered one of the most expensive private home in the world.

The 27-story mansion, costing an estimated $1-2 billion, stands 570 feet tall and offers a breathtaking view of the city.

Mukesh Ambani's home, Antilia, was designed by Chicago-based architects Perkins and Will, and built by the Australian construction company Leighton Holdings.

The 27-story building features extra-high ceilings, with each floor being as tall as a typical two-story building.

Additionally, Antilia is built to withstand an earthquake of up to 8 on the Richter scale.

The design of Antilia is inspired by the lotus and the sun.

The top six floors are reserved as a private residence.

Mukesh Ambani's home includes a temple, several guest suites, a hanging garden, helipads, a salon, an ice-cream parlor, and a private movie theater that can seat 50 people.

The hot and humid Mumbai summer can be tough to handle, but Mukesh Ambani and his family have a snow room in their mansion to cool off.

The walls of this room produce artificial snowflakes to help them beat the heat.

As per Housing.com, property surveyors estimate that the price per square foot of Antilia is between Rs 80,000 and Rs 85,000.

Anant Ambani's wedding procession is set to depart at 3 PM en route to Radhika Merchant, whom he will marry.
