Right at the start of the third season of Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives star Shalini Passi says that she likes things more than people as they talk back to her. Her 20000 sq ft residence is filled with her art collections from across the world

“People ask me what I like the most about this house, or which are my favourite works of art, and I always say it depends on the season and how I feel,” says Shalini talking to AD

“I have collected things that allow me to connect with the artist; this is a very personal collection. It allows a certain amount of escape from the thrust of daily life. I travel extensively, but Delhi is home to me; I love the seasons, the culture, family, and of course, all this art"

The wife of the chairman, of PASCO Group, Sanjay Passi, Shalini’s interest in art began in her childhood, influenced by her family’s construction legacy, according to a profile on her by Global Indian

She is the founder of MASH, a digital platform that integrates architecture, art, craft, design, and fashion to support emerging young artists

According to a report in Lifestyle Asia, their home features a Murano glass lamp and a Baccarat Mille Nuits chandelier, Victory Pillar sculptures by LN Tallur and pieces by Jeff Koons, rare carpets (including a circa-1910 Garden of Paradise Persian Tabriz), a William and Mary-style 17th-century cabinet and an Italian walnut table topped with Gothic candle stands

The Paul Mathieu Bianca sofa is at the center of attention in a room that is filled with a antique teak-root table, an enamel-and-metal Roland Mellan mirror on the wall from a New York store and a coffee table by Paul Evans

The wall of the living room is adorned by MF Husain. A chandelier hangs above the center table by Hudson Furniture. The lamp on the side table next to the sofa is in Murano glass

At the entrance of the home, we see five porcelain Puppy vases which Passi fills with fresh flowers flown in from Holland every Friday

In the second bathroom, the 2009 inkjet print on archival paper mounted on a light box is by Daniele Buetti; the Eden' embossed leather panelling on the walls is from Atelier M riguet-Carr re, and the chandelier is by Claude Boeltz

Passi's terrace is also very carefully curated with chairs by Ralph Lauren and a Fornasetti tray table. The carved Verona marble wall fountain is from Architectural Heritage

In the formal dining room, the copper pendant light cluster is by Tom Dixon. On the console, beneath the late-18th-century portrait, is a 1970s rock-crystal lamp. The 17th-century French porcelain and gilt bronze candle stand on the dining table is accompanied by Meissen dinnerware

In the bedroom, above the Ralph Lauren Clivedon' tufted bed is an Anish Kapoor. The gilt bronze chandelier is late-18th-century French; the lamp on the bedside table is solid rock crystal; and the candleholder in the shelf beneath it is from Soane Britain

This corridor has two paintings by a contemporary Chinese artist, and a 2012 installation by artist Sakshi Gupta called Give Yourself To The Air, To What You Cannot Hold

This room has a 1995 acrylic-on-canvas by SH Raza, titled Germination. On the wall adjacent to it is a 19th-century Italian gilded mirror. On top of the custom-made Based Upon coffee table are two Spin' candelabras by Tom Dixon
