Celebrated international designers, Falguni Shane Peacock, kick-started their 20th anniversary with the grand finale of India Couture Week 2024.

India Couture Week 2024, which began on July 24, was a celebration of both established and emerging talent.

The designer duo unveiled their latest collection 'Rang Mahal' in collaboration with Swadesh, a brand that champions India's rich textile heritage and artisanal craftsmanship.

‘Rang Mahal’ or Palace of Colours is a haute couture collection inspired by the regal and dreamy aspects of India's royal heritage.

It draws from fifty iconic elements of India's rich history: grand palaces, lavish lifestyles, and exquisite craftsmanship.

Luxurious silks, rich velvets, and intricate embroideries evoke the splendor of royal courts.

Each piece is a tribute to the timeless elegance and sophistication of India's royal heritage, crafted by master artisans who carry the legacy of their ancestors.

This collection celebrates the rich diversity and vivid hues defining our culture and tradition.

It draws inspiration from India's majestic symbols: resplendent parrots and peacocks, serene swans, powerful horses, and elephants.

Rashmika Mandanna opened the show in a white and silver lehenga with a princess-like headpiece.

She commanded attention while sashaying on the runway, flaunting her svelte figure.

She then returned in a second outfit and marked the grand finale with her enchanting display of elegance and glamour. Joining her was ‘Chhava’ co-star and actor Vicky Kaushal.

Rashmika turned heads in a stunning ivory lehenga adorned with intricate sequins and beadwork. The lehenga featured a drop-beaded shoulder design on the blouse and was complemented by a gracefully draped long veil.

Vicky, on the other hand, embraced a regal aura with his pale golden dust sherwani, meticulously embellished with heavy sequined embroidery. The outfit was paired with powder-golden ivory pants and matching loafers, creating a harmonious and sophisticated look that exuded luxury and refinement.

As the curtain fell on the week-long fashion extravaganza, Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna captivated the audience with their impeccable looks designed by Falguni Shane Peacock.
